Twice-divorced Kardashian has now revealed she will let her husband-to-be make all the decisions for their upcoming wedding, telling People.com, "We honestly haven't had a moment to talk about it (the engagement) or even breathe, so we haven't really talked about it, but whatever he wants." Kardashian also admits West's romantic proposal was an "absolute, complete surprise," adding, "I was shaking so much, shaking the entire time. Like, 'Is this really happening?'
